Dukedog I for one dont see someone taking a strategic part in the company as necessarily a bad thing depends on who they are . What we dont want is some so called activist shareholder demanding results in 24 hours . The company is in an industry where such an tactic deals you outof future gains

Sanofi has a history of doing what they have for Unilife then withdrawing with their contracts safe but when the company begins to gain traction with other companies moving back in and buying 10 to 20 percent of the company on market and by private placement I actually dont think that is what is happening I think it is just shorts covering and we should get more of the same tomorrow after that I dont know what will happen.
