I believe Elanco will be thinking "how did they make it this far on $43m?" Epichem has a brains trust of significant value,,, Elanco Perth R and D?
Couple more years Epichem will be pulling in the current MC,,yearly ..
If Elanco went down the Royalty Payment side , You can imagine the acceleration of MPL testing inside our own Labs ,, the alternative is to spend millions out sourcing... and have less control...
