As noted previously the signs for a Heads Up came on June 20th with late afternoon 'surreptitious' buying to the tune of about 600,000 (large by usual tightly held PTS standards) at 18.5 cents.
The then 52 week high was at 19.5 cents.
Sales today going through at 25 cents (140,000) with a 27 cents high on the last trade.
All time high at 32 cents in '93.
