that sounds pretty deep, but why are you pointing this out?
could it be that you are looking for key reference points to your graphical analysis so you can forecast the future from past trends?
what gets me about chartists, is that they always forecast stuff and it usually never eventuates, but they never apologise for their errors.
all they do is wipe the slate clean and predict the next bunch of furphies, always looking for lemmings to support the cause.
