WOW is doing better than WES now which I have seen as part to do with having a 13.4 PE Ratio compared to the WES one of 18-19, WOW has a div yield of 6.08%, or 8.68 div yield grossed up for domestic retail and insto fund investors compared with a WES div yield of 5%.
The discrepancy between WES and WOW is too low given they r both an effective duopoly with little downside to current valuations IMHO but pls DYOR.
WOW is closer to its core grocery strategy with suppliers, it just does not have a CEO and the Master's/ negative news stories have been overdone IMHO.
