The way I view International agchem is China manufacturers need to capture more value in generic markets in the next 5-10 years. They need to get closer to the end users. Having supply arrangements with multinationals is fine, it provides scale and the necessary IP but fails to maximise returns and risks long term growth. It's a decision the big China / India manufacturers will need to make sooner then later.
