Currently nta is at ~ $2.29 that is excluding distribution income and includes the recent 5.4c valuation increase. So it is trading at ~ 8 to 9% below current nta.
As a comparison SCG is currently trading at ~ 21% below their nta of $3.66.
Other peer reits are currently trading mostly 12 to 20% below their nta.
In a higher interest rate environment valuations usually tumble, which effect nta's.. haven't seen it yet but the numbers are coming in..
