Agreed. That is the pattern I have noticed. All the property stocks are trading at a discount to NTA, but the worst affected are ones with higher debt/equity ratio.
VCX SP has been on a fairly steady recovery for a year now, and getting back up to a reasonable level. Whether or not it holds up will depend a lot on the half year results from the retailers.
