I think, William, we are have jumped well ahead of ourselves, led on by the spiel the Company has put forward; break thru IP, on going ‘positive’ announcements, prospect of a huge pay day on commercialisation, internal valuations way above the current sp, suitors in the wings, IP that was said to be basically de-risked, and ect.

What we have is a stock that trades at under 2 cents, pre-consolidation, minimum of two CRs per year to keep lights on, an R & D budget that is woefully inadequate, the realisation that the ‘go it alone’ play likely to be necessary, and other significant issues.

Check the R & D spend of Edwardes LS, that is what the Company is up against, in comparison the R & D spend by Anteris would probably not even cover bonuses received by the Board of Edwardes LS.


Of concern is the lack of any interest of suitors, that has been long touted by WP, this needs to change even if any offer in the wings is a opportunistic one; it simply gets knocked back by Shareholders; would also go a long way in substantiating the spiel of this Company and putting the sp at a base price above the current one.

Current status quo will need to change, the NASDAQ listing may well be the catalyst to change that, (apart from a left field merger or t/o), the ‘it will be fine in the long run’ sentiment is a precarious one IF the current status quo continues, the two CRs per year will simply not cut it and be hugely detrimental to advancing any IP this Company has.

At the next CR it will be hoped that there will be no options in the wings and so that over time ‘cheap’ options will not be available to squash sp appreciation, one less hurdle in overcoming the long languishing sp.
