Apart from a sometimes momentary thought that the product is not as ground breaking as we think, I see reasons why the big hitters don't try to build a stake.
The turnover in AVR shares is small. It is mainly held by big holders who ain't selling. So buying a relatively miniscule parcel would elevate the sp considerably. This would not suit anyone planning a takeover. Clearly to be able to say "Hey the sp is only $18" is a good negotiating point.
It is obvious that we are making heavy weather financing our R and D and this (plus options in the wings) would give comfort to anyone planning a move. "What's the rush"? So like vultures, they hover and wait. We all live for the day that one of the heavy hitters lose their nerve and makes a move "before it's too late" . (Some problematic grammar with plurals there somewhere) When that happens (if it does,) it will be on for young and old .
I don't know how secretive one is permitted to be, but if i was trying to build a stake I would be lining up at some of these CR's under cover. That way a stake can be built without showing one's hand.
