I do not believe the big ones would be building a stake............in AVR. It has too small amount of Issued Shares - Market Cap.

They would just 'bid'. J & J last time I looked had some $14,000,000,000 in 'cash holdings'

In my opinion these 3 Coys are too big to spend 'petty cash' building a stake or their time for that matter.

However I did consider a 'build' many moons ago but have gone off that now.

William------------ Coys building stakes in an ASX Coys have to divulge any holding/movement if 5% or more. Also they 'must' (er I know the 'must' may not be kept to-my opinion) disclose even if any Associate/Coy or individual, has a holding --- Well make up your own mind there ?

My theory may be off the mark..................... but once working in the Market....many years ago - Strange things happen.
