Its FDA admin not an awful situation just what it is, was stated in the AGM address by Wayne too from memory so not hiding anything at all.
OCC has a nerve repair device that is approved here and has had many human implant with solid results that still needs to be put into rats AGAIN for the FDA.
The whole point of working closely with the FDA now is to iron out all these things so when we go to apply we dont get rejected and have to apply again.
Lets face it could be another 6 or more months before we get going share price wise unfortunately..
