Yeah I don't think it passes the pub test. If the company was aware of the extra requirements they would've done the tests ages ago. The FDA also needs to pull their heads in. Why didn't they ask for these tests prior to approving the EFS. Strange. It's as if someone new moved into the FDA role and said wait a minute what about this. Very strange.
