Tralfaz, If that theory were correct and Ryan just wanted to get paid as long as possible would it not be more beneficial to cop the lawsuit as this would not result in immediate expenses, whilst this termination agreement to hand over money result in immediate costs? Im not sure they are obligated to make an announcement every time they deliver something to a customer, and giving the industry they're in a lot of there customers don't want their competitors knowing that they are receiving product...

Im not saying everything's marvellous down at Unilife, im very aware of how dire our position is I just think theres more to come about all that's been going on in the past 8 months.
