Well they still have 137 staff according to LinkedIn (+/- a few due to ongoing cost reductions) with a majority of those employees appearing to be hands-on engineers with very little R&D staff . Very little staff in HR, finance, managerial positions or in any position not considered to be a core business capability of the organisation. Looks like they are trying to get stuff done and pump stuff out the door.

Things should be ok once (if) the cash position is sorted out.

Update in Biodel case: Looks like the settlement was accepted by the court and the case is over as of 6/09/2016. Will keep checking to see if the settlement documents become publicly available.
