Won't take much to turn New Acland into Adani 2.0 as a political campaign.
Hopefully we have some people getting around that have the balls to push it hard.
QLD Labor are in between a rock and a hard place - their losing votes in coal belts to KAP/PHON and also in the city to the Greens.
They'll learn they have to pick a side one day. Until then, who knows what they'll do. "Do nothing" is my bet.
