..That had a ‘watering’ in his executive update of July 07 [ref].
“..We are investigating the value to shareholders of accelerating the development of our IP product line and the development of our CVMTM application programs.
We believe we can leverage these programs to create stronger shareholder value.
“The Board is committed to maximising the value of the Company to existing shareholders in all activities undertaken and will ensure any proposals are accretive and not dilutionary to shareholder positions….”
Is thriving somewhere in the unknown deeps of the ‘secret company business’ closets?

Since when has SMS touted itself as ‘companies’ in the plural?
Back on July 7 @sinbin pointed out “to be accretive for shareholders the any c/r would need to be for the takeover of another entity or at a large premium” [ref ] and advised me not to overthink it…
and I haven’t been .
But my curiosity was piqued again by that description and I wonder if there’s anyone out there who can advise just when AEM became only a ‘part’ of SM Systems?)
