Morning all,
I know that everyone is mentally filtering out the company announcements because they are bored of seeing another share buy back... but the last one is pretty significant.
A new acquisition - a chip manufacturing technology!
Has synergies with existing ZGL tech know-how and looks pretty - but 10 mins into my research I started to feel like a character out of the big bang theory, so I stopped.
If it delivers what it promises it could be a smart move... but there is that "if" again... at least management have stated a strategy and appear to be sticking to it.
We shall see how this all plays out.
If anyone has a better handle on flip chips and thermo bonding stuff, please share the love.
