The CR closed on 12 October and it was for the big guys only.
From the prospectus:
"The Offer is being made to selected professional, sophisticated and retail investors".
"At a general meeting of Shareholders held on 20 July 2012, Shareholders approved the issue of Shares under the Offer."
If the big guys are prepared to pay .5c then I am very happy paying .4c (no-brainer).
