This police investigation has been ongoing since mid last year. So the conclusion was definitely gonna be the 15th of February according to all the long-winded statements by the company? And now it's early next month. What an anti-climax. Can we rely on all the other long-winded statements.
And let's say the police find that someone has a case to answer and criminal charges are laid. Then what? Has the company stated what this means? Do police have the power to unwind a series of commerial transactions? Sounds like a civil case would be needed to achieve that.
If anyone is aware of the company actually stating what this police investigation achieves, I'd be curious.
As of end of trading yesterday, market cap is down to $111m. Cash was $108m as of last quarterly report. Market is voting with its feet. Cash will be below $100m shortly, maybe already. Tick tock.
Lucky the CEO sold his 3 million shares at the top of the market. He's laughing. What did he know back then that he didn't tell other investors?
