Property is falling, so it's even cheaper to rent as you are saving money on your eventual purchase price, every day!
These losses are being saddled on the property landlords. Don't worry though, with good times come bad times. Thats life. Now is a bad time for owning property. But don't sell out as the stamp duty was expensive, and if you buy back in, it will be just as expensive.
