Funny. You have to pay a $100,000 licence fee to the ASX to operate one, everyone ( including the ASX, I presume) knows their capabilities & purpose, and the ASX turns a blind eye.
I DID read briefly of a conviction for bot use, but didnt get the specifics. No one can deny they are widely used.
