This chart looks promising. IGO has formed a "saucepan bottom" bouncing off the 200-DMA.
I'd like to see all three Supertrend Lines turn bullish. Two are bullish (yellow), one remains bearish (blue).
If RSI gets above 50 and MACD Histogram rises above zero - this would be a "goer".
Given events overnight in America, I'd have to think this will meet all bullish criteria on Monday.
