It is interesting that the nickel price is back to where it was when IGO lobbed their first bid at Western Areas. I suspect that even at these prices they would still be losing money, although if anything that raises even more questions about the acquisition and the assumptions that underpinned it.
Anyone keen to share their thoughts on what next week's quarterly is likely to show?
