I notice right now that market makers don't even offer option trading for deep puts at 7 and 8 strike. This means they don't want to take too much risk for 3 months. They only want to offer trades for July, Aug and Sep. While this does not mean that the share price is expected to rise, but market makers just don't think it is safe to assume that the price will be under 7 and under 8 by Oct.
