I am bullish with NIC and IGO. I see a parallel scenario here when NIC dropped to
54c and boom went to $1.09. IGO in my opinion is undervalued, No Debt with $276M
in the kitty. Its going the same phase as NIC when it dropped below 60c,
IGO now dropping in the $5 range is to me, just a transitional state.
Again Do your own Research.
