I see IGO enacting JV's to pursue exploration. I think it makes good sense:

1. To get the hard work of exploration done cost effectively via it's minons.
2. Preserve capital to either go the Ni to MSP route or for the third Li refinery.

on the last point

• Chis Ellison form MIN is pushing the govt to throw in money for Li refiners to compete with the US and others incentives. It behoves IGO to stay mum.
• IGO's slowing down of Odysseus to right size it encourages exploration spent to build the bottom of the pyramid ( grass roots expl'n).

Just saying (trying to say) what I think IGO won't. For me it's in buy territory now. For all the reasons above.
