I couldn't agree more with your comments!
We were told that we would never see this at 8.1 cents - now we are told that it looks like 6.5 cents is good buying. UML will re-test the recent low of 6.2 cents (it's only a matter of time)- and then it will test new lows!
Why mangement decided to RISK everything - only they know! However hcmif's view that it was more about management than the shareholders is in my view right on the mark!
