UML now has a market cap of $45.6m, which is close to/around the same price before it did the takeover. Do holders think it is a better company now? It should have more assets, at least (less cash, though from the last report).
there were times when one could buy a few UML's for 10c, and almost be guaranteed a profit of 10% or so, because 10c was always a real bottom. Those days have gone, and 10c is a long way away. Do people think it is selling from "unnatural holders" still (post-merger) or something else? Maybe just POG? but this selling hasn't stopped since the merger.
