Thats actually really dodgy. Makes you wonder why this guy has the sweetest deal whereas poor Seb invests his own money in these LIC's. I reckon Brendon has a separate portfolio. As you mention he doesn't appear in many directors' notices for accumulating securities in NAOS.
Wouldn't surprise me if its only Seb putting his money into NAOS LIC's whilst the rest of the staff invest elsewhere.
