    On ABC AM today...

    strongest lightest alloy ever discovered / developed which will revolutionize everything from cars (weight reduction) to laptops (though any lighter and they will blow away in the wind)

    Mg and Li2CO3 was mentioned in radio report but my hearing aint what it used to be (Li2CO3 similar to Al2O3 for al self coating) but there is little li in the air so alloy must have li in it.

    Extremely likely this will be commercialised they report.

    Anyone really know what this is about?
