Jeeez you EQR battlers are horrendously transparent… doesn’t take but a few clicks to see what you’re doing. Either you’re downramping or you’re terrible investors. (1) Covid happened in 2020… you really recon things stay on track over those 2-3 yrs? (2) cash position from Sept doesn’t take into account the raises done since then. What a ridiculous few posts, and there’s a low bar here on Hotcopper.
I’ve been a holder since ASX IPO and it’s taken a while but you can’t say this hasn’t all come together now. Pls stop the nonsense and either get on board or go somewhere else. Thnx
