well the latest announcement which I read mentioned re-capitalisation twice.
Which either means a large placement at low prices ( bad for shareholders ) or a rights issue ( better for shareholders but many may not want to stump up more cash right now ).
Whichever way they do it, more shares on issue dilutes future earnings and severely limits share upside.
