Well we have our answer now, it was the NRC holding them up, now we can load UF6 and the we will have product, Ill bet it also held up GEH and their plans for recycling UNF, which in the end is a way for the US to get it's recycled Uranium235 anyway, so it has been the NRC all along holding everything up it seems? as I said it was their own fault anyway.
