Don't want to be a negative nelly here, but these approvals are not new legislation.
The new legislation will be more like legalisation of the use of MM in some more states, countries, etc.
Approval of cosmetic products are, pardon the pun, relatively cosmetic compared to what ROI we'll get for MM legislation and licence approvals.
But, this is definitely all positive, technicalities aside!
