Ding is the majority shareholder of ANS.
He has been working tirelessly for the last 2 and a bit years to get these deals done and put together the consortium partners.
Yes ANS may only have the Port and Rail contract, but I guess moving IO by road isn’t an option or feasible.
If you understand the announcements and read between the lines, we ‘ANS’ will form part of the new consortium company in which Ding will control.
The big question is what % of the new company will ANS shareholders own?
The reference of FMG was to show the value of the whole group of companies that will form part the consortium, so don’t quite follow your remarks.
