    Realistically yes. IPO news will need to be March for May/June IPO or April for a June/July IPO (I believe they will need to give 90 days notice - Can anyone confirm this?? ).

    My guess is that Ding + Consortium will head over in March for laying of the first stone (infrastructure). I think we will get an ANN after that is done (or around the time the African press pick the story up - it seems to be their way at the moment).
