Shares get released from Escrow every now and than without even getting noticed. Most often these shares are held by retail investors.. nothing happens to the share price.
RMX shares are at least held by a listed company and change in substantial holding would be notified to us all. Based on this, we can make our decision to hold sell or even buy more shares. These are their shares, they can sell it, hold it or distribute them to their share holders...
Yes, if they decide to sell SP will be under stress or perhaps a lot of it but I can't see them selling all of them. They may sell few of them or off market transfer is quite famous depending if they can find a good buyer for them.
Yes, MDO need money but there are other avenues to raise it rather than just selling all of their shares in the market the next day they get released.
I am still holding and will hold until that SS comes out. To add to this, there are drilling and trenching results pending..
