    re: i'm getting nt's sleeping sickness? Yes I think you're reading it right but don't fully understand why they're not going straight to a SXEW plant there costing $60mil.
    Why spend $23mil on HMS plant & refurbishing a nearby smelter & then spend $60mil on a SXEW plant two years later to replace a lot of that expenditure.
