SurferStu has made an excellent thumb nail analysis - as I see it.
No point in dwelling on the $150? million in hand.
No point at all!
The past indicates that Bill can't just move in and use it - as investors/traders buy and sell stock.
Not so simple.
Track record suggests lots of negotiation - analysis - bargaining - crossing "t's" and dotting "i's", etc, etc, before any agreement can be successfully negotiated.
Due to Canadian TSX regulations no announcement should be contemplated until the deal has been finalised.
If SurferStu is even close to the mark in his suggestion of a possible $2.00 to $2.50 a share valuation within a year why would one need to be patient?
A bullet proof company offering such reasonable possibilities does not come along very often.
Possibly 300% gain on present valuation within a year -or more?
Those in a hurry to make many more times their investment within a year need to speculate elsewhere with the associated risks.
Best of luck to any who try.
The odds are stacked against them.
