strange they didn't post it last week that is... I asked the CEO via email about the MOG transaction and he was clear to me that they (MEO) had nothing to do with it... however , my thoughts are that the ASX may have asked them to post this due to its obvious direct relevance to MEO.

The good part is that they mention that the transaction will not go ahead unless MEO definitely commits to drilling. Seems to put the clause about handing over a larger % to MOG out the window and also suggests it's a lay down misere that this will happen...the MOG deal wasn't going to depend on chance now was it!
