Yeah pretty much the way I'm seeing it.

"Mud" blockages and an uphill push is making it hard to flow.

The fact that the slugs are delivering 800bopd once it builds up past the restrictions is a good sign.

Maybe a heavy acid rinse will be enough if it doesn't clean up naturally over the next few days. Failing that, maybe coiled tubing will be required to isolate the main blockages ... bit more expensive, but if this thing wants to flow at 800bopd, it would be well worth it.

All in all nothing out of the ordinary for an oil well.
