    I think it was bad management that they let the opportunity slip thru their hands to raise at around 0.008-0.01,they had market momentum and progressive Ann's, another dilution and they will struggle to restore confidence without a license could be another 6 months away.Mind you some poster keeps on saying this week this week maybe he knows something.
