my opinion

HEG's share price is not moving much because it looks like its capital raising from the options is not going to be successful

and when a company looks like it doesn't have enough money it does not get supported by the markets in favour of those explorers, developers and marginal producers who do have money "in the bank"

have a look at ORN as an example of what I am talking about - they may have the resources and not much else but about $10m "in the bank" so sp is going ballistic

the markets seem to be judging all of these juniors based on "money in the bank"
