of course there will be financing. Ever heard of a project coming on stream without financing?
The good thing here is that a major shareholder has plenty of financial clout and no intention of losing out because of financing because they can supply it unlimited....provided the value is there. And in my mind, there is no doubt that the value is there. The market cap of under 40 million dollars is laughable.
