The conditions in the farm in agreement over stepped the mark and hint that MEO had a preferred tenderer before this process began. To leave out all parties with existing or future committments to LNG projects would be unacceptable to many boards. Also aimed to tilt the agreement towards MEO and away from existng permit partners. under arm IMO.
