I think this legal action is a distraction of what management is trying to achieve. It can create all sorts of problems like management decision on project when opinions differ. This can also draws in the other major holders.
The only positive I draw from this action is that when the asset is world class, everyone wants a piece of it. If the legal action drags on I can foresee share price stagnation. i hope to be proved wrong.
