DOR and botched process by their own admission...although I'm not suggesting that the tenements would not have been granted if the process hadn't been botched.

I'm guessing that you're thinking the same as me...a crazy situation is likely to develop where there's going to be a company that wants to pursue seabed mining on tenements granted by DOR in an erea where they'll also grant an extention to an EPA and in an area where its almost certain that within years Native Title will be in play.

The whole process is insane. I think that there's now a recognition of this, hence the review as to how EL's are granted.

Which brings be back to an argument I've posted before...SH's have been poorly served by the NT Government as well as GOT.
