I am in complete agreement with your post. Although I probably wouldn't have phrased it that way your colourful description of the situation emphasises, in my opinion, its validity.
The best example of the nature of the self interest involved resides in the nature of the recent so called "acquisition". Something that disturbs me greatly, and I'm not even a share holder.
If, as I predict, and some other posters predict, the Blue Mud Bay EL's are rejected it is going to make it exremely difficult for the DOR to sanction any further progression of the "Groote Project" given that the seascape covered by their gramted EL's, is, in my opinion, of equal if not greater environmental significance than Blue Mud Bay and, again in my opinion, certainly of geater cultural significance.
