the SP will definetly drift lower over the next few months with Myrtle being on the backburner for another 6 months, but if you read their previous ann. they clearly stated "weather permitting". I think management and TECk knew it was always going to be hard to get any decent work done before the wet hit.
Sold out my small parcel today, don't see much upside till maybe May next year.
